Shipping Policy:

We endeavor to provide shipping to our customers at the best possible price. Shipping costs include both postage and packaging materials.

Shipping Charges (to all Canadian destinations, except Air Stage locations)

Shipping is FREE for orders over $99 (*up to 10Kg). For orders less than $99, shipping is flat rate $7.99 (*up to 10Kg).

*For each additional Kg over 10Kg (or part thereof), additional surcharges of $0.75/Kg will be applied. When viewing your cart, the shipping weight is displayed on the page.

Shipping Origin:

All online orders are shipped from one of two warehouses in Canada. Orders destined for BC, YT, and AB are shipped from our Burnaby, BC warehouse. All other orders ship from our Markham, ON warehouse. Orders may not be picked up as we are a fulfillment center for only.

International Shipping: does not ship to international destinations - Canada only. Please visit for links to international websites.

Standard Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped via Canada Post using Expedited Parcel Service which offers the best balance between delivery speed and cost. All orders are insured up to $100 CAD to protect against loss or damage.


Actual time for delivery may vary by 1-2 business days from estimate.

Product Life

Unless specifically noted on, all Atkins products will have a minimum of three (3) months of "Best By" dating.

Shipping Errors

It is important to ensure that you have provided a complete and correct address when placing your order. In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided,

the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost charged to by the carrier for the return delivery.

Please note that while we try our best to catch errors in delivery addresses before the package is shipped, neither Canada Post nor is responsible for correcting an incorrect delivery address and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address provided is correct and deliverable by Canada Post.

A deliverable address by Canada Post refers to the correct combination of Street #, Street name, unit of PO Box # (if applicable), City, province and postal code. reserves the right to review and adjust the shipping charge for an order, should an incorrect address be provided during order check out.

Unclaimed Packages:

Canada Post will usually make up to 2 attempts to deliver your package to your door. If no one is home to receive the package at both attempts, a final pick-up notice will be left at your door or mail box to notify of the location of postal office to pick-up the package. You have up to 15 days to pick-up your package from the postal station after the first attempt. If after 15 days the package is still left unclaimed at the postal station, Canada Post will ship the unclaimed package back to us.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pickup the package from the postal station within the holding period. In the case where the package is left unclaimed and is shipped back to us by Canada Post, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost charged to by the carrier for the return delivery.


All quoted shipping charges are subject to review. If we cannot deliver your order at the quoted price (due to cost of very heavy shipment or certain remote destinations), we will contact you to review alternatives or re-confirm that the revised shipping charge is acceptable with you. Once your order is processed and picked up by Canada Post for delivery, you will get an email notification from Canada Post including the tracking number for your package. Quoted number of days is an ESTIMATE ONLY. Actual delivery time can vary by 1-2 business days from estimate.)

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 14 days. Returned items must be in re-saleable condition (unopened). No exceptions.

Returns must be accompanied by receipt.

To be considered for returns, all returned products must have at least two (2) months of "Best By" dating.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage to Once we receive the returned products, refunds will be processed less shipping costs already incurred. If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us to remedy the problem.

Non-refundable Charges

Customers are responsible for submitting orders with correct addresses. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customer's cost or, if order is returned, refunded less shipping charges already incurred. Please note that if a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address and the package contains perishable products the cost of replacing the perishable products to be reshipped, will be charged to customers. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the order will be refunded minus any shipping charges already incurred and the cost of any non-resalabe perishable products in the returned package.
